The Local Enterprise Development project supports cooperatives predominantly of women in rural poverty communities who produce quality regional products such as embroidery, honey, dairy, rural tourism, ceramics and foodstuff products. The project seeks to provide these cooperatives with the training, design, consulting and equipment required to produce products and participate in regional and/or international markets.
